Ask us on WhatsApp
How do I request an interpreter?
Send your appointment type, date if known, and location through our form or WhatsApp. ClearPath checks availability, confirms the rate and appointment details, and coordinates an interpreter assignment. Your request becomes a booking only after we confirm it with you.
Which languages and areas do you cover?
We coordinate Spanish–English interpreting in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Central Florida, including requests from Groveland. Share the exact appointment address so we can confirm coverage and availability.
Will Patrick be my interpreter?
Patrick Akers is the founder of ClearPath Interpreting and coordinates client requests and interpreter assignments. Your appointment may be assigned to another interpreter in the ClearPath network. We confirm the assignment as part of the booking process.
What does interpreting cost?
The published rate for adjustment of status and eligible naturalization appointments is $350. Full-day affirmative asylum interpreting is $700. We confirm the appointment scope, location, availability, and final quote before booking. Ask us about other requests.
What is Form G-1256?
Form G-1256 is USCIS’s Declaration for Interpreted USCIS Interview. When applicable, it documents the interpreter’s role in the interview. Requirements depend on the proceeding. Review the official USCIS form and instructions and your appointment notice.
Can I bring an interpreter to a naturalization interview?
Interpreter use depends on the applicant’s eligibility for an applicable English-language exception or accommodation and USCIS requirements. We coordinate eligible appointments; we do not determine eligibility. Check your notice and the official USCIS guidance, or ask your attorney.
