USCIS interview interpreting

An important interview.
A clearer conversation.

ClearPath coordinates Spanish–English interpreters for adjustment of status interviews in Orlando and Tampa Bay, and eligible naturalization appointments.

Plan your USCIS
interpreter request.

Interpreting for your appointment

Tell us the type of USCIS interview, the appointment date and time, and the exact location. We check availability and coordinate an interpreter assignment, with the rate and booking details confirmed before your appointment.

The interpreter supports spoken communication between English and Spanish. ClearPath’s role is to coordinate the language service; your attorney remains your contact for legal preparation and advice.

What to include in your request

  • Whether the interview is for adjustment of status or an eligible naturalization appointment.
  • The date, time in Eastern Time, and office address shown on your appointment notice.
  • Your name, contact details, and law firm contact, if applicable.
  • Any scheduling or access details we should coordinate.

You can request a quote before you have every detail. Please do not send case files, immigration identification numbers, or confidential personal documents through the website form.

Form G-1256 and interview requirements

USCIS publishes Form G-1256, Declaration for Interpreted USCIS Interview, and instructions describing its use. Interpreter requirements and forms depend on the specific proceeding. Follow your appointment notice and consult the current USCIS G-1256 guidance.

Naturalization interviews have English-language requirements. Interpreting is coordinated only where an applicable exception or accommodation allows it. Review USCIS exceptions and accommodations with your attorney.

How the booking is confirmed

A form submission is a request, not a reservation. We confirm availability, the assignment, service scope, final price, and appointment arrangements directly with you. If your interview is rescheduled, contact ClearPath to review the new arrangements and the terms agreed at booking.
