For immigration law firms
Your language services contact.
An extension of your planning.
ClearPath helps attorneys and paralegals coordinate Spanish–English interpreters for client appointments in Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Central Florida.
A practical process
for your team.
Refer a client or send the request directly
Your firm can send an interpreter request on a client’s behalf or refer the client to ClearPath. Share the appointment type, date, time, location, and the best scheduling contact. We coordinate availability and follow up with the service details.
Patrick Akers, ClearPath’s founder, focuses on matching client requests with interpreter assignments through a network of interpreters. The service is coordinated through ClearPath; appointments do not depend on Patrick personally providing interpretation.
Coverage aligned with immigration appointments
- Adjustment of status interviews: published rate of $350 per appointment.
- Naturalization interviews where interpreter use is permitted: published rate of $350.
- Affirmative asylum interviews: published full-day rate of $700.
- Other immigration-related requests: contact us to review scope and availability.
Locations, service scope, availability, and final pricing are confirmed before booking. We do not advertise court appointments or additional language pairs without first confirming the request.
A clear handoff between your team and ours
Let us know who should receive scheduling updates and who will confirm the booking. We coordinate interpreter assignment and appointment logistics while your team manages legal preparation and the client relationship.
For an initial quote, appointment logistics are enough. Please use your firm’s established channels for sensitive client records; do not upload or paste case files into our public form.
Discuss your next assignment
Use the request form and include your firm name, or contact Patrick at [email protected]. For scheduling questions, call (971) 517-7690 or message us on WhatsApp. Each assignment is subject to availability and direct confirmation.
